Delivery Time

Fortis Health products are usually dispatched within the same day (for orders received before 12pm) or within 24 hours.

As items are dispatched from the Channel Islands, you should expect a delivery time of 3-5 business days for the UK - European and worldwide delivery times may vary. Please bear in mind these are approximations and during busy periods delivery may be slightly longer. Please note that we will need to wait 21 working days from the date of despatch before we can investigate the non arrival of any item(s).

Not in the UK?

If products are ordered from Fortis Health for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the destination. You will be responsible for payment of these taxes and Fortis Health will not be liable. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any laws.
