My passion for Physiotherapy and Nutrition came from a background in amateur sport. I have been involved in sport since I was a child, putting most of my time into golf, football and badminton. I always wanted to blend my love for health and fitness with my desire to help people making healthcare the ideal choice for me. I have worked as a senior musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the NHS for the last 3 years alongside my Fortis work.

My areas of interest include:

  • Golf strength and conditioning

  • Post operative return to sport rehabilitation

  • MSK physiotherapy

NASM Level 3 Personal Trainer

My journey to becoming a personal trainer started as a teenager. I was exposed to weight training and began to realise the benefits it gave me. As a result I developed a passion for health and fitness and embarked on my own weight loss journey prior to completing my personal training qualification. I work with clients of all different ages and fitness levels, empowering them to make long term sustainable changes to their health and fitness.

My areas of interest include:

  • Weightlifting for women

  • Sport strength and conditioning

  • Weight loss and nutrition

Before starting my physiotherapy degree, I worked alongside my studies to gain entry to university. Working as a carer / rehabilitation assistant in the community gave me a valuable insight towards the vital importance of physical and occupational therapy to help maintain and improve independence, health and mobility. I am dedicated to helping each and every one of my clients achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. I have worked as a senior musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the NHS for the last 3 years alongside my Fortis work.

My areas of interest include:

  • Triathlon strength and conditioning

  • Return to running rehabilitation
